How do I enable DOLS for my database?

DDN does not support DOLS (Domino Off-Line Services). The problem stems from the fact we host databases in a shared server environment where the public addressbook (names.nsf) is protected for security reasons... this is why DOLS cannot be used to configure users and groups as required. Please understand that we cannot support DOLS unless you have a dedicated server.
