Why can't I create a new database on the server?

If you create a new database on the server you get the message "You are not authorized to create new databases on this server". You get this message because we do not allow users to create new databases with a Notes client since we cannot control where new databases are created. To create a new database (or replica) you must use the File Manager or FTP.
